How to stay motivated when you've failed so many time?

I just seem to have lost trust in myself ! ay advise is welcome

    There must be a reason you started this journey.. your goals?
    Just think of those and what you can achieve and who it would benefit the most .. you only fail when you stop trying 👍

    I can really relate but I ask myself what are my choices? Try again or give up. Be kind to yourself.

    Motivation comes and goes. Habitual behavior stays. So you just have to do the routine EVERYDAY consistently.
    You DON'T need motivation to brush your teeth. You just do it.
    Losing weight, exercising and getting rest just has to be a fixed routine. When it becomes a behavior, then you don't need much motivation.
