Jacked goals

Hello! New here and main goal is to get jacked and ripped! I weight train 4 days a week and work 8 hours in an automotive shop as a technician. Lifting and grip strength are amazing for my job. It’s been a journey having gone to gyms addicted to bodybuilding and maybe someday enter a contest who knows. I love the gym and supplements protein and carbs. So far I let my self kinda go… went from 190 to 260. I can easily loose fat and gain it. Also it’s really easy to gain muscle. So I joined to LOCK IN and really get serious. Let’s get swole and RIPPED!!!!! Lightweight baby!!!! Let’s go!!!
