New to Intro, not MFP

Hi, all! I keep dropping myfitnesspal and always add the app back to my phone. I continue to fall off and jump on the workout wagon. This last time at 47 I really can not find the motivation or energy to stay consistent as my husband (the superhero of all standby-ers and watchers) continues to spend years of progress. I am thinking that it is time to look outside my relationship of a healthy community besides my husband and I. He is just mentally built, different from me. Sometimes his encouragement, no matter how positive it is, I somehow still feel l just as crappy, if not more, before we started. What's the deal?
