Hey All,
Just started on my fitness journey. Doing resistance training 6 days a week would be cool to meet new friends and share tips etc .I'm 39 years old 77 kg , 5ft 10 and from Scotland . Trying to build my confidence up after having PTSD and bad anxiety my whole adult life. Thanks all 🥰
