Starting today! I need to lose 50 pounds to get my medical conditions under control. And to feel better about myself physically. I would love support on this journey. I’ve yo-yo’ed many times. This time I’m tracking macros which I haven’t really done before. I’m hoping to get inspired and create a new healthy lifestyle. Any tips and tricks or any other support is welcome!

Hello, and welcome!
I don't know what your medical conditions are, but I have to say that losing around 50 pounds turned my health in a positive direction, big time.
I used to have high blood pressure. Now it's solidly normal, sometimes low normal.
I once had triglycerides as high as 401 (usually more in the low 200s, which is still bad). They haven't been over 102 in the last 5 years, also solidly normal. Last reading, 78.3.
Cholesterol was also high, with low (good) HDL cholesterol, high (bad) LDL cholesterol. Now that's reversed: HDL is high, LDL is low, the ratio is in the low cardiovascular risk range (where it used to be quite high risk). Last appointment with my PCP, she called my cholesterol levels "phenomenal", and said she wished more people's looked like that.
I was lucky genetically (and maybe because of activity level): My blood sugar was never a big problem, just high normal. It's now excellent. Others here see improvement in problem blood sugar and A1C levels with weight loss, too.
You're on a good course. You can accomplish great improvement.
I have to admit, I'm not a great support person. (I'm such a flake . . . !)
What I'd suggest is looking at the motivation and challenge groups or threads in these parts of the MFP Community:
https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/categories/motivation-and-support
https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/categories/challenges
There are a diversity of options there, and it's likely that one or more will suit your style. Join in. It's a good way to go, I think. Sometimes, buddying up with one or two others can be great, but not always: Sometimes that one or two don't stick it out, and that's discouraging. The well-established groups/threads in the above-linked areas tend to have a life of their own: Some people may fade away, but others don't, and the group/thread thrives on. That can be helpful, as a support mechanism. Give it a look, maybe?
I'm cheering for you to succeed, no matter what route you pick: IME, the results are more than worth the effort!1
