Not New, but Back on Track!

Hello mfp peeps!
I'm definitely not new to mfp but I am new to the community section!

My current weight recently skyrocketed, to 201lb. I'm 5'5, 23, moderately active at work and at home. Getting into weight lifting.
My SW was around 170 in 2016. My GW is 140.
I'd like to lose 2lb a week for the first 5 months back on my journey, through mealprepping and making small adjustments to my diet. Recently realized just how much white rice I'd been eating and it's caused my daily glucose level to rise from 88 to 102 the last few blood tests (I get periodic labs due to other chronic issues.)

I do believe I have a binge eating disorder but I've gotten it under control so much more now that I live alone. But I've kicked my progress anytime I bake.

    Welcome to the forums!

    I also eat white rice constantly (at least twice a week), so it hurts my soul to see your need to cut back (or cut out entirely). Gotta do what ya gotta do, though.
