I'm on day one and I feel terrible. Only doing 3 days for now and a cleanse but geesh!

    It gets easier I've been doing for a while and because of my shifts at work it suits well

    There is no such thing as a cleanse. That's what your body already naturally does.
    As for intermitted fasting. It's best not to go over 16 hours and to make sure you still eat all the nutrients you would need for the day.

    It's pretty rough if you're not used to it, to begin with.

    If you stick with it though you'll eventually acclimatize and up your energy levels.

    Just started. Trying the 16hrs Since I rarely eat breakfast anyway. Tips, motivation, warnings?

    Hi @Ksumare I started intermittent fasting about a month ago. It's hard at first but does get easier with time. My advice is to stay hydrated and be patient with yourself. 🌸

    I’ve been doing a 16 - 17 hour fast for a week now. Starting to get used to it now, keeping hydrated helps a lot.
