Not familiar with that particular one, but most mass gainers use a ton of empty calories, including sugars, to drive WEIGHT gain, while only having little to moderate muscle to promote MUSCLE gain. If your only goal is to add weight, sure, mass gainers work fine. If your goal is to add muscle, skip the gainer and focus on eating whole foods, meats and dairy and nuts and other sources of protein.2
