Beginner weight lifting program ideas

Hi I'm looking to start lifting. I enjoy cardio but now that I'm starting to lose weight I wanna keep as much muscle as possible. I am male, 5'7, 360 pounds. I appreciate any recommendations.

Stronglifts is a great beginner's program. You should be able to download an app on your phone, and there's lots of info on the internet about it.

What type of equipment do you have access to?
Don't try to run a small deficit trying to maintain muscle. With your stats you don't have to worry much about that and fatloss should be you main goal.0 -
