Cycle synching

I would love to see the feature of cycle synching accessible within the app. Women's bodies are on a 28 day cycle and inside that are 4 different phases, each one needing different support.

For example: during the Luteal Phase women should be eating more carbs and be doing lighter exercise vs being in the Follicular Phase where high intensity exercise and fasting is better for the body.

It would be great to be able to have the option to synch our cycle data from Health into the app, the app be able to know which phase we are in, and for us to predetermine our caloric and fitness goals for each phase.

    Neat concept, maybe run with it a little more to give the devs ideas, or maybe get in touch with the developers of 28 and ask them to add food logging to their fitness app. :)

    Food for thought: How would it accommodate cycles that don't fit that "perfect" math in terms of total length or length of phases? Irregular cycles, PCOS, menopause, anovulatory cycles, etc?
