Don't panic if you open that up and see old posts. Like any long-running thread here in the MFP Community, the new posts are at the end, on the high-numbered pages. You can jump straight there with the arrow/number links near the top/bottom of each page.

FYI, I'm 68, lost weight with MFP at 59-60, and have kept hanging around since then to maintain a healthy weight. (So far, so good!)
