Progress - Weight and Jogging Times

Here's a snapshot of my weight and 3-mile times over the past few months. Making progress! this past month I've been focusing on consistently jogging each morning, and we're seeing some results!

1/15/24 - 290.0 (59:42 / 3-Mile)
3/23/24 - 260.8 (43:09 / 3-Mile)
7/22/24 - 241.8 (41:35 / 3-Mile)
8/16/24 - 233.9 (32:51 / 3-Mile)
