Maybe consider joining this group, which is for vegans, vegetarians, and plant-centric omnivores:

The group is only lightly active lately, but there's a thread there where people share what they're eating:

Only some of the posts have recipes, but it's full of ideas. Most of them will have no eggs or dairy (or meat/fish of course). A few may have dairy, and a rare few eggs.
I'm vegetarian, have been for 50 years now. But I don't generally use recipes. I've been cooking so long I usually just make meals based on general patterns, varying details at whim.
Sample of favorites, for reduced calorie eating, no eggs:
Ezekial tortilla, baked tofu (purchased baked, but you can bake your own to firm it up), calorie-efficient cheese, mustard, thin-sliced onion. Fold over like a soft taco. Microwave long enough to melt the cheese. Add raw sauerkraut and eat.
Edamame fettuccine, cooked. Stir fried (or stir-steamed) veggies of choice. Sauce made from peanut butter powder, soy sauce or chile sauce, rice vinegar (and any other seasonings you might like). For the sauce, I use a tablespoon or two of the peanut butter powder (per serving), and enough soy sauce/chile sauce/vinegar to make a thin-ish paste to mix into the pasta/veggies.
Plain Greek yogurt, frozen mixed berries (microwaved just to barely thawed), peanut butter powder, cinnamon. I like it with hemp hearts, ground flax seed, and some walnut pieces, but those are calorie-dense so portions of those may require adjustment.
