TDEE Calculator that breaks out activity and exercise?

I swear I used to have one I used, but cannot seem to find it anymore (or they changed it to a simplified calculation).
Do any of you know of a TDEE calculator that breaks out activity and exercise as separate line items? I don't workout 7 days a week, but I'm not sitting on my butt doing nothing on the other days, either.
I know typically what is about right for me, so not a huge deal, but with peri-related bloating going on, the scale has gone from fickle to downright useless, so kinda wanted to get a better "calculated" number to use as a baseline.

I don't use it personally, so this is not an actual endorsement, but the one at Precision Nutrition separates daily life activity from exercise activity. Not sure it does that in exactly the way you're looking for, though.

(I poke at stuff like this out of curiosity, and knew I'd seen this somewhere, so was able to find it. I use my experiential data, personally, not any calculator or fitness tracker. Most of those give me pretty awful estimates, but I'm a demographic/statistical weirdo.)

    This is perfect, thank you!!
Historically I've just based it on results over time and tweaking if needed, but the past year or so the bloating is so wildly all over place, now that I have the energy to "do the right things" again, it's practically making it impossible to really tell if I'm on the right track or not. This helps me get a baseline, if I need to adjust in the future I can, but this is helpful as I've never really had my current combo of activities consistently to baseline current activities...

Are you using a weight trending app? If not, that might be helpful for trending over time, even with the bloating in the picture. Sorry you're going through this!

Yes, I'm using Libra (have off and on for years), which is how I've typically baselined myself even with workouts and wooshes, but this bloating is just plain old special right now LOL. Hoping the tweaks to the HRT will help bring it back under some better control over the next couple months, but in the meantime, wanted to at least be in the ballpark.
Historically, for most calculators, I could eat at or OVER what they recommended, so they tend to be a fairly solid starting point for me, I don't think I've ever had to adjust BELOW what a good one recommended.
