Hiya! How are you? I wish the newsfeed was not removed. Now, I don't see the motivating posts from my Fitness friends. So here I am posting here. How is your fitness journey?

Some of those have a social dimension that may scratch a similar itch to the newsfeed. You can read the intro posts there, find something that looks suitable, and join in per the instructions in the post(s).
I'm not sure what you specifically mean by "fitness", but if your key focus is exercise activity, there are also threads where people share their workouts and sometimes chat a bit amongst themselves. These are a couple of examples:

To answer your final question: I guess my fitness journey is OK? I'm in year 8 of maintaining a healthy weight, having lost around 50 pounds back in 2015-16, which followed around 3 previous decades of overweight/obesity. I've been pretty active exercise-wise since my mid-40s, nowadays doing mostly on-water rowing (in season) and a little biking; rowing machine and stationary bike in Winter.
