28 Days full Body Workout

Hello, My Name is Khan. I Just completed 28 days full body workout. Last 2 weeks of the plan were harder. I am wondering, should i Keep my 4th week’s routine forever or I should restart the plan from day one after every 28th day.

Since you've told us nothing about your 28-day program, it's hard for anyone to give you a sensible answer. Generally, if a person wants to continue getting fitter, they need to keep increasing the challenge level of whatever they're doing. If you literally keep doing the same thing you did in the 4th week, you won't make further fitness progress. You'll pretty much maintain where you are at that point.

What "increase the challenge" means depends on what the exercise activity is: Could mean going longer, more intensely, exercising more frequently, using more resistance, improving some technical dimension, maybe even taking on new activities.

Maybe consider other programs that are intended to continue more than 28 days?

If it's strength training you're doing, there's a whole list of programs in this thread that other MFP users have found beneficial:

Despite the title, it does include bodyweight programs, not just classic weight lifting.

If your 28 day program was a strength program, there's also this thread about ways to increase the challenge:

    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10877279/30-tips-to-increase-strength-training-intensity

If you're doing a mix of strength and cardio, or some mostly-cardio 28-day program . . . I think we'd need to know more, in order to give you more than super generic advice like the above.

    Best wishes!
