When will the cravings stop?

Hi everyone šŸ‘‹šŸ¼ Iā€™m new here and just beginning my journey to lose 75 lbs. Iā€™m having a hard time getting used to the smaller portion sizes and the cravings for foods I used to eat. Also, I. Am. Hungry. When will these things go away? TIA! šŸ˜Š

    One thing I always did when I got started was to drink a large cold glass of water before eating. It helped me!

    New habits take about 7 days to get going so patience is the key.. :)

    Hi... also new to this journey.
    I find that eating my salad first helps. I prep it & plate it first & after I eat the salad I serve the rest of the food. Use cucumbers when snack attacks come... my biggest challenge is drinking water instead of Diet Coke with my meals.
