How long have you been at this? If the answer is less than 4-6 weeks, or at least one full menstrual cycle if you have those, then it's too soon to assess.
Once you have enough personal data to see your personal results with careful calorie logging (that 4-6 weeks/one cycle), then increasing weight loss rate is about eating a little less, or moving a little more, simplistic though that sounds. 500 calories per day is about a pound a week, in theory.
Some people find that exercise, or low-carb eating, improve results with PCOS. I don't have personal experience to support that, but it may be true. It's an experiment to try.
Weight loss can be challenging for anyone/everyone. What differs is the reason people cite for the difficulty: Age, hypothyroidism, menopause, PCOS, genetics, etc.
Finding our personal best path is the answer, IMO. That may not be easy, but I think persistence and experimentation - trying different routines for a week or more at a time - can yield results. Keep trying different alternatives, and IMO patient persistence will pay off.
I'm old, menopausal, severely hypothyroid, mom was fat, dad got fat. I lost weight anyway, and have stayed at a healthy weight for 8 years (after a year of loss and about 30 of overweight/obesity before that). The trick is finding the right personalized formula, and that requires trying things, analyzing results, and adjusting . . . but mostly, sticking with it.
Best wishes: The results are worth the effort.

I have PCOS and lost about 16 lbs so far. I am trying to lower my dairy, gluten, carb and sugar intake and also taking berberine to control my blood sugar. It does help with cravings a lot. I lost the first 4.5 pounds with the help of metformin, but it made me sooooo hungry and it also made me feel depressed. The trick to losing weight with PCOS so I've heard is to make sure your insulin is low. Insulin is a fat storing hormone so that needs to be treated. With that I am walking for an hour 4-5 times a week. I'm not really even counting calories but since I have been trying to actively keep my insulin low, the weight has finally been shifting. We have to take a bit of a different approach. I hope that helps!0

I have PCOS and it’s been such a struggle to loose weight. I have heard keto works well, and limited dairy did PCOS. I am also on GLP-1 medication, and that’s helped as well, but I still have to be strict with my diet to loose0

I've had pcos since I was a teenager, from my own experimentation, no joke, I've felt days when I've had jumbo non processed oats with a bit of fruit and yoghurt and cinnamon regularly keeps me full and seems to regulate my period? I don't know why or if there's science behind it but this type of breakfast always keeps me on track0
