What year was this community section invented?

Hey i haven't been on myfitness pal for 7 years i think, the last time i was on it, i don't think it had a community section. Where you could ask questions and get replies.
Does anyone know when the community section was created? I'm just curious?

The current incarnation of the forums has posts going back to about 2007, you can see the first 'introduce yourself' messages:

Before that, the MFP forum used a slightly different web address, there are some archived posts from circa 2006.

I guess maybe you just didn't notice it before
