I lost 50 lbs since last year

I wanna share a few MORE tangible health benefits that I’ve experienced since being on this Path.

- Being able to run FOUR MILES WITHOUT STOPPING (personal best time was today @ 42:03)
- resting heart rate is 44- 50 bpm
- knowing what it’s like to run full court basketball and NEVER GET TIRED)
- waking up at dawn w/energy (no alarm)
- Getting more REM sleep
- everybody else that’s into health is like one big family to me
- awareness of how others treat their own body
- keen sense of smell
- little to no desire for junk food

My goal weight by Oct 11th was 193 lbs.
Currently weighing in @ 189 lbs.
Goal for November 11th is 186 lbs

Short term goal is 12- 15% body fat (right now im @ 17%) ⚔️
