I read many of the posts here. Right now I am logging my calories this until I understand diary.
My food as follows:
Apple and walnut salads
Hostess mini donuts
Carb master yogurts
Total calories 2040. Base calories 2140. I am glad for today even though there were some issues. All the best.

Yoplait light yogurts
Total calories 2050. Base calories 2140. I am happy about my calories being accounted. I believe I explained how my life is going through relationship and financial difficulties. This seems to be helpful. Take care of yourselves and keep healthy. All the best.
