    Hello everyone:

    I hope all went well for Thanksgiving. I observed that many of you have your goals and either maintained or gave away weight during November. My food as follows:

    Steamed mixed vegetables
    Ground turkey
    Soy and sweet and sour sauce
    Cauliflower cheese pizza
    Cliff bar
    Sugar free yogurts
    Sugar free jello parfaits
    Candy cane

    Total calories 2160. Base calories 2140. Tomorrow I hope to meet base. See you then.

    @Greaterthanlife I agree with @mtaratoot that this is not the right thread for your daily food log.

    Everyone should use MFP in whatever way is helpful to them! But many forum threads are intended for a specific topic, and the people who visit them want to read and write about that specific topic. This thread here is intended for people to share/discuss the mini goals that motivate them. It is not the right place to share your food log, because nobody comes here to read someone else's food log.

    Imagine going to the bookstore to buy a romance novel, and half the romance shelf is filled with true crime or children's books. It's not helpful to to you as the customer (who doesn't want to buy a true crime/children's book) and it's not helpful to the authors either, because their books will not get seen by anyone looking to buy a children's/true crime book.

    I'm glad you find it motivating to post what you have eaten, and I would encourage you to find (or create) a discussion thread where you can continue posting your daily food updates. Whatever gets you to your goals is great! But please put your "book" in the correct section, for everyone's benefit :)

    This is in reply to kicking me off this site.
    First and foremost I am not an intruder. I am doing this for my health. I happen to be logging in my calories. If that's not goal according to definition, it does show action in favor of progress. I strongly believe that favor opposes offense. In addition, this happens to be "post a comment". You can always overlook commentary should it not be offensive.

    My food as follows:

    Santa Fe salad
    Veggie trays with turkey and cheese
    Quiche Lorraine
    Biscotti
    Sugar free yogurts
    Essentia beverage


    Total calories 2120. Base calories 2140.

    Light yoplait yogurts
    Gummies

    Total calories 2200. Base calories 2140. I went over 60 calories so I will do better tomorrow. My goal is to maintain my base calories and I get a lot of support from many of you. Self evaluation determines looking at the pros and cons of ones own life. If there is a problem then this site encourages change.

    I hope all is well. About myself, I post my calories daily for maintenance and support. Lately I have been posting my calorie log at the forum "...mini goals for the day..." I have been getting nothing but support from Mikey and others from this forum. I will post my calories tomorrow since I already posted today's in the other forum.     Steamed vegetables
    Jennie o ground turkey
    Vanilla protein bars

    Total calories 2130. Base calories 2140.

    It is true logging in calories is not the easiest thing; however, neither was the pandemic. This was not really a choice but I am pleased at the length of streak with this app. I hope this continues for myself and everyone that is going through this situation.

    I am so glad to be in this room. All of you seem to connect so well. My food as follows:

    Pad Thai veggies
    Supreme pizza
    Key lime pie.

    Total calories 2440. Base calories 2140. I went over 300 calories from Base. Tomorrow let me do this again. By the way, I will be in this room for the holidays. On Thanksgiving I was in another room and I maintained. I get really good vibes in this room so let's make a go of it for December.

    Asian salad
    Cheese pizza
    Salmon
    Mini Snicker bar

    Total calories 2300. Base 2140. I went over 160 calories from Base. No explanations, tomorrow again for base.

    Mikey, it's all in the wrist. See you tomorrow with improvement.

    Total calories 1850. Base calories 2140. I am glad I made base today. This was a forceful choice for me since I was off base for two days. Through my spirit I can only hope for similar results tomorrow. Be well all with insightful thoughts and actions.

    Total calories 1700. Base calories 2140. Today thank goodness more on track. I really wanted to make up for two days. @Mikey the jello is 60 calories. It is a mixture of lime, vanilla, and
    cherry. I will tell you the brand tomorrow in case you want to know.
