Hello, I need some help regarding calorie intake.

I went from 3100ish calories allowed to almost 4000. I’m wondering if it’s because I didn’t log my food for two days and it’s trying to incorporate that into my calorie intake? I changed my settings from trying to lose 1.5lb/week to 2lb/week after having a slight gain in weight of roughly a pound. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You're the second person today mentioning this. Maybe there's a bug. Have you reported it to MFP? (this is a user forum). Do you log your exercise or do you have a fitness tracker connected? then you should see at the bottom of your diary that exercise calories were added. Did you have a type on your weight?

It's not the bolded. It doesn't do that.

I agree with Yirara. But I think she meant "typo on your weight" rather than "type". ;)
