Breakfast protein options other than eggs?

I’m struggling with my breakfast protein — I love eggs, but they make my eyes a little puffy and my throat a little itchy. I’m not allergic but I do have an immune response to them, like a food sensitivity. I would eat nothing but boiled eggs all day if I could, buuuut I’m trying to combat my inflammation too during this journey. I have similar reactions to chicken, but less intense. I think I need to start eliminating eggs, and I am just wondering what everyone else is doing for breakfast protein?

    I love Greek yoghurt and Lidl protein granola

    Protein breakfast smoothie - protein powder, banana, milk of choice, oats, LSA, ground cinnamon, ice. Quick and easy on the go and delicious!
