Please suggest healthy recipes for fat loss

Hello, I'm new to myfitnesspal. I'm planning to start my weightloss journey by avoiding Sugar and white products for a month(except salt). It would be great if you share if there is a community group for weightloss/fat loss discussions?

Skinny Taste and Cooking Light are my go-to websites for low(er) calorie recipes. Start with your favorite meals and "tweak" them a bit. This way you have new recipes to help you during maintenance.
Staying full on fewer calories - protein, fat and fiber are known to be satiating. But, what's most filling for you is individual. I can't tell you that. You will need to experiment a little.
For meal planning I like to start with protein. Example, breakfast used to be a bowl of cold cereal. Not much protein there, so I changed that to Greek yogurt, berries and FiberOne sprinkles. I add some chopped nuts if the yogurt is fat-free. That breakfast keeps me full until noon.
