We also have a couple excellent threads here in MFP you can reference:

which-lifting-program-is-the-best-for-you - a series of different pre-made programs for whatever equipment you have available, from a full gym down to just bodyweight (or in your case, with DB's)

how-to-set-up-a-weightlifting-routine - if the other thread doesn't have any programs which appeal to you, this thread will show you how to setup your own routine

Programming and routines depend on current fitness level, lifestyle demands and schedule, and (sadly) age and ability for recovery and bodily adaptation. It's much too common to get motivated this time of year only to get hurt or give up within a couple of months. Direct coaching on basics with a good trainer is very worthwhile if locally available and affordable. Along with nonsense, there is good Youtube guidance, like this beginner intro by Coach Ali that shows what's involved and where maybe professional guidance is needed.

(Maybe worth throwing in that dumbbells outside a gym have become very pricey to buy, and especially at a novice level there are equally effective and much less expensive alternatives for home workouts. I now have access to a good condo gym, but got my basic range of hex DBs decades ago for real cheap. In recent years added resistance bands and suspension straps with very good results.)
