any high protein lunch ideas?

I am a middle school athlete who recently lost quite a bit of weight! I am super proud but I still have a little bit of lower belly fat that I want to loose, but I don’t want to loose anymore weight. Does anyone have any high protein lunch ideas that I can take to school? I’m looking to maintain my weight and build some muscle to replace my excess fat. Also, is there any certain exercise or any specific way that I need to eat? I understand that I need a lot of protein and whole foods, but I would like some help. Thank you!

You might find this thread helpful, if you haven't already seen it:
https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10247171/carbs-and-fats-are-cheap-heres-a-guide-to-getting-your-proteins-worth-fiber-also
It doesn't have recipes or lunch ideas as such, but links to a spreadsheet that lists many, many foods in order by amount of protein for the calories. I understand that you're no longer wanting to lose weight, but choosing foods you enjoy that are high on that list would pack the most protein into whatever energy level you need to consume now.
I'd suggest looking at that spreadsheet and picking out some foods nearer the top that you enjoy eating, then do a web search to find recipes centered on that food that would work for you as lunch foods. Even specifying that in the search terms might help, such as "lunch recipes using tuna" or whatever the high-protein food you're looking for happens to be.
You might also try looking at the MFP blogs, where you can search for recipes using key words like "protein" or the name of an ingredient. The recipe section of the blogs is here:

Another place to consider would be the app Pinterest. You can do searches there, and it will show you results. Some will be ads, but many will be recipe photos/links that others have posted because they like the recipe or want to try it.
One mini-warning here: If you are in middle school as defined in the US, you would be younger than 18. MFP rules are that people should be 18 years old and older to participate here. This is because nutritional needs for people still in the growing/maturing stage are different than the needs of adults, and this site is designed for adults. In addition, there are adults here who are not trustworthy, i.e., people who pretend to be what they're not, and trick people into chats or meetings that are very, very inappropriate, even for other adults, let alone for young people.
I'm not reporting you at this point because you seem nice and are polite and sound mature. But someone may report you as being under 18. I'd suggest that ideally you seek out social networks and nutritional sources that are intended for your age group, if you are in fact younger than 18.
Please don't take this comment as critical of you. Maybe think of me as your concerned internet great granny, because I'm certainly old enough to be that, maybe even great-great-granny. I want you to achieve your health goals in a thriving kind of way for your current stage, getting the kind of information and influences that will help you to do that safely and with appropriate information for where you are on the growth/physical maturity spectrum.
Best wishes!1
