For what reason? Reduce bloating? Extract more nutrients and calories from food? Poop is too liquid or solid?0

Without knowing what's going badly with your digestion, I don't even remotely know how to suggest things that might help. Can you be more specific?
Only thing I've got with so little info from you: See a gastroenterologist for testing, diagnosis, and recommendations. At minimum, log your typical eating and symptoms for a week or so, and take that to a registered dietitian for advice.
If you tell us more, we might be able to give you experience-based suggestions to try, but I don't think anyone here is a gastroenterologist or dietitian.
I used to have issues, pretty much followed what Riverside said above . . . after seeing my PCP, and a gastroenterologist to rule out serious health conditions. (I was diagnosed with IBS-C. I took meds for a bit, then as things improved via the other things Riverside mentioned, I dropped the meds. Your situation likely differs from mine.)

I have the same problem. I eat probiotic prunes every day and I make sure I eat enough fiber.1

If it’s GERD, I went to the doctor for years, did years of Ranitidine, etc.
Every time I went and sat on her exam table and wept my sorrows, she gently scolded me,”lose weight” and handed me a printout of a simple elimination diet, which I always wadded up the moment I got in the car.
Then one day, I had enough of the GERD and the constant fatigue. I decided to lose weight.
The GERD disappeared almost completely with the first 10-20 pounds lost, and seldom troubles me now unless I’ve badly overeaten.
I now consider GERD my Early Warning System that I’m coming off the rails.2
