    Eat more calories.

But don't gain weight "real fast". If you do, it'll be mostly fat, and adding fat is generally not a health promoting plan.

If female, maybe shoot to gain half a pound or quarter kilo per week, not much more. If male, maybe around a pound a week or half a kilo.

Lift weights with a good progressive program at the same time, and get good overall nutrition, especially protein.

MFP will give you a starting calorie goal for weight gain. If you haven't gained on average over 4-6 weeks, add more calories, maybe around 250 per day (female) or 500 (male). If female of relevant age, go for one full menstrual cycle to compare body weight at the same relative point in at least two different cycles before adjusting calories.

Keep doing that cycle of steps for a month or so at a time until gain starts to happen, then stay there as long as gain continues. If gain stops for a full month-ish, eventually, start adding daily calories again.

If your appetite makes it hard to eat more calories, choose calorie dense foods, maybe eat more meals/snacks spread out over the day rather than trying to make current meals bigger, try calories you can drink instead of calories you chew, because some people find drinks less filling.
