    Saturdays are awesome, sleeping in, gym and laundry. Almost 20 days still feeling great, actually feeling a lot better, no bloat no snacking urges or cravings. The mirror is agreeing with me more every day.

    Three weeks in and still feeling great. Full of energy, no hunger and my muscle feel good. A co-worker was asking me about what I am doing and of course I got a little "you can't do that" type of feedback but I pointed out to him we should be able to do this and that the fact he can't go longer than 4 hours without eating, has a skin condition, edema in his legs, and over fat, those are all symptoms of a much bigger medical/metabolic condition going on. He's in his mid-thirties and has a family and I'm not saying my way of eating is right for him, but it works for me, and he should figure out what works for him before it gets worse. I don't argue with people because there isn't a point to because they are not going to change their minds because you want them to.
