What to set my calories for very active?

I know this chart is on here somewhere, I just can't find it. I've already lost 53 lbs in less than 6 months @ 2lbs/week, but I seem to have stalled. What should be a realistic goal a week for the remaining 53 lbs for my very active fitness level?

Have you tried clicking on "Goals" in the homepage and recalculating them? MFP doesn't do it automatically, but if you go in and enter your current weight and activity level (like you did when you signed up), it will recalculate the number of calories you should be eating for you. I bet it's a lot different than what it was 50 pounds ago!0

Oh, and as you get closer to your goal weight, changing to 1 pound per week may be more realistic.0

It depends what you're using to calculate. If it's MFP then you eat back exercise because the level you choose should be based on your 8 hrs a day of work not your exercise level. If you use TDEE then you add your exercise level and pick a cut of no more than 20%. If you've still got 50 lbs to go you can probably stay with 20% cut or for MFP calculations choose 1 or 1.5 lbs per week and eat back whatever portion of exercise you choose.0

1.5 pounds per week is healthy and reasonable for 50 pounds. Once you get down to 40, switch to 1 pound per week. Then 1/2 pound per week with 25 or less to lose.0
