800mi/2025. Snuck in 8 miles yesterday plus 17 mi today to get me to the 800 mile mark. Now I need to do the math and figure out how to get 200 mi "catch up miles" in by month end. I can do this.

Hi guys. We had a dead in the family (my sister-in-law’s husband) so missed Saturday & Sunday as I had no access to my bike & then squeezed in what I cud. Back to normal routine now

907/2025 miles - 2 more days of cycling 13 mi ea- one was RPM. 9 days left in June. I have to pretty much cycle daily at least 10 mi and one of those days make it 13 mi.

@globalhiker I don't know if everyone else has just lost interest or really busy. I like to post my rides and see what others have done. It gives me motivation to hit my targets.
I have been out weekend with very poor internet access but squeezed in a few miles each morning before heading out. I had the guilts for missing out 3 days last week🤣

932/2025 miles. 15 mi from RPM class yesterday and 10 mi. Sunday on my home cycle. I will continue - it's helping me lose weight.
@Mari33a hey I will keep going. You're doing spectacular. And your method of breaking down the miles by month is smart. I will do that moving forward so I hit my monthly goals.
Contemplating buying an indoor Schwinn IC3 or IC4. I'm at a point where I need more resistance than my current home bike can provide. I've progressed on the gym bike to medium level difficulty and my wattage is in the low hundreds, so I am building some power and the fat is melting off.

968 /2025 miles done. Added 13 +10+5 miles from today and past 2 days. 3 days left to get to my personal goal of hitting 1000 mark. Yesterday I ran 5 miles, today none but tomorrow back to gym classes.
@Mari33a I am in a similar boat - now at 138.1 lbs but it takes me 2-3 weeks to see a "drop". Some weeks it's nothing, some it's half a lb., then some mysteriously drop several lbs.
No doubt the added cycling is helping us go in the right direction :)

998/2025 miles. Added 14 from Sat RPM class, 7 mi today at the gym. Monday is the last day of June and luckily I have RPM class where I should be able to exceed the needed 12 mi. to goal.

1016 miles /2025 miles done. Added 5 yesterday and 5 mi this morning. Slow start but I had it on high resistance. Running is going well, just over 4 mi. both days.

Hi,
My name is Jon, I am 57, 6'2", 197.5 lbs with a goal of 175-180 lbs this year. I started at 4/11/2025 at ~217.
Just saw this challenge:
- Apr: 106.69 miles
- May: 281.99 miles
- June: 146.49 miles
- July: 69.36 miles
Total so far: 604 Miles (95% outdoors and not everything, I forget to log stuff with my Garmin)
I just joined Zwift, waiting for my new trainer, my old trainer (20 year old fluid trainer probable has 30K miles on it) I never logged indoor training till a week ago. This is both indoor and outdoor miles.
I am doing zone 2 training right now, trying to do more than that trying to lose weight would be counter productive. So my milage is way down from previous years. I want to get back into the race shape I was in my late 30's and 40's. When I use to do 100 mile bike rides every other weekend through the Colorado mountains, like the triple bypass or boulder sunrise.
I have two outdoor bikes: 2014 Specialized S-Works Roubaix, 2025 Turbo Creo 2 Comp.
1 New indoor trainer: Zwift Ride, with a Jet Black VICTORY Smart Trainer, Waiting on Delivery I expect it by the end of the month.
My FTP is 2.8 W/kg, and my VO2Max is 41.
I will check in every Wednesday!!!
