Hello men,

Just found a cheat code to getting my calorie count up. My goal has been 3000 cals for about a year and I had, despite 4 meals/day + a 600 cal snack + a 300 cal fruit dessert, I was barely scraping 2500 cals. I was sad.

Enter in 2 slices of toast, slathered with 2 table spoons of peanut butter, dusted with cinnamon and a tablespoon of milled flax seeds. Gentlemen, this is a 450 cal snack! 3000 calorie-e-es!!!! Finally!

I see it; I'm almost there. See you guys at The Top! 💪🏾
