Hi
Am new in myfitnesspal, i find it useful to track my micros during this prep season(bodybuilding),
Do you guess have any suggestions about this app, still find it hard to make use of some of the features here
Thank you

If you go onto nutrition and select Nutrients it gives you
A decent breakdown of your mico Nutrients0 -
I'd be very careful relying on MFP to track micros. Users entering foods may not care about details beyond calories and *maybe* macros. Food labels also may or may not have the information about things like potassium or B vitamins. Cronometer is used instead of MFP by a lot of people wanting to focus on the micros. I understand it's a smaller database, but curated for accuracy.0
