Starting over…again

Just weighed in. First time in several months. I have gained back the 15 pounds that I lost over the past couple years. I had thought that I would never be at 200# again.
I am going back to MFP vs Noom and Found ( both with wt loss meds). I don’t want to do meds anymore. I know what I need to do, I just need accountability and to not be lazy.

My goal is to be healthier. Less snacking and moving more. My GERD, snoring and joint feel better, the less I weigh.

Log all my food, because I eat way more than I think I do. Drink less diet soda and more water. Limit processed foods (back to nature). Limit empty carbs.
