Macro/nutrient breakdown per meal

When I log a meal,
I’d like to be able to click on it and view macro and nutrient breakdown for it
So that I can track and plan my meals without having to click on individual meal components to calculate macros

In the android app, rotate your screen to landscape and you can see the breakdown per meal.

The macros (but not micros) can be displayed per meal in the diary, in the phone/tablet app. I'm not sure whether switching it from macro percents to macro grams is a premium-only feature though, because I have premium. For me, just clicking the line where the macros show up (just below the meal name) toggles from percents to grams.

I'm NOT implying that your feature request is wrong or a bad idea, just pointing out that part of it already exists.

Showing macros per meal (like in the screenshot, in the portrait mode diary page) is a premium feature 🙂

The work around for free members is turning to landscape mode (or also using the desktop version, I think).

Thanks, @Lietchi! I'm not very good at figuring out which settings are premium only, when using premium.

For OP's purposes: If you're using free MFP, I think it's unfortunately quite unlikely that MFP will put the features you're requesting into free MFP, given that part of them are available in premium, plus MFP tends to add new features and settings into the premium version. There are some changes to free MFP over time, but most of the actual added or more nuanced function seems to go to premium. Can't hurt to ask, though!
