An exercise in the general MFP exercise list? No, not that I know of.
An exercise you entered yourself? Yes.
The latter I only know how to do in web browser MFP, don't know whether it's possible in the phone/tablet app. If it is, it's not obvious to me. But you can delete it in the web version even if it was entered in the app originally.
Log in on the web, click the Exercise tab, then the My Exercises sub-tab. Find the exercise you want to delete, and click on it. It should appear on the right-hand side of the page with a Delete button. Click that button.0 -
Long hold on exercise to delete0

Maybe it's a bug, but long-press in my Android app doesn't bring up a delete option. It just brings up the exercise logging page, with the minutes performed/calories burned fields. None of the three-dots menus on the way to that point give me the option to delete an exercise.
Like I said, maybe a bug, maybe different in the Apple app, don't know.0
