    Protein of 1g/lb of BW
    Fats make up about 20% of your intake
    Carbs fill the rest

    How much do you weigh, and how fast are you trying to gain muscle? Whatever your maintenance level of calories is, add 250 to that number, which for most people will be less than the 3k+ you are aiming for. If you eat too much, a lot of your gain will be new body fat, which is not what your stated goal is.
