I am back tracking my calories after 6 months. My goal is to be consistent with my exercise and healthy diet regimen and achieving zero fat physique

    Welcome back! I hope not zero fat, that wouldn't be very healthy! Consistency is a good goal, just make sure your ultimate goals are realistic and healthy long term :)

    Some fat is healthy. But I think I understand where you’re headed. Tracking and consistency is important. Congrats for jumping back in!
