Or, sign up for a food delivery service, if you can afford one. Some are calorie/nutrition focused.
For myself, I wouldn't do any of that. I want to eat the foods I like, when I want to eat them. (Yes, I lost 50 pounds and improved my health markers doing that.) That would be this kind of thing:

No one method works perfectly for everyone. My advice would be to find one that is the easiest for you to follow long enough to lose a meaningful total amount of weight, if that's your goal, or reach other goals, whatever they are. Ideally, the general approach would be something you can stick with long term (forever) to hang onto those goals once you reach them.
