Never did this before. Will it help me stay accountable to my weight loss plan when I get stressed, tired and when I'm traveling for work?

That's up to you! It's a tool, nothing more. The trick is going to be to keep using it when you are stressed and tired, and travelling. I travel for work a fair bit, and tracking what you eat when you're travelling isn't easy, but it can be done. I try to make it easier on myself by eating at places that have the calories listed, or by buying my own food and cooking in accommodation.
