Hello, I am very interested in having some support and offering support in a 60 and older community. I think it will help to have some others who are also on their weight loss journey to share with.

    Hi Amy. There’s several good threads for 60+ if you’ll look through the first three or four pages of this sub board.

    Also, go to the challenges board, and you’ll find some other threads that are active, which lean towards older users.

    Read the boards in general, and participate. Staying active on the boards was critical to my own loss of ten dress sizes. I started at 56, have been in maintenance five years.

    I tried to send you one but your profile is private. Click on my user name, then profile. There will be a little silhouette of a face in the top left with a plus sign. Click on that and send the request.

    Please note, MFP did away with the friends newsfeed last June, so the only thing that allows you to do is send a private message.

    Even though it appears you can send a PM, you can’t u less the other person has already accepted you as a friend. mFP disabled the ability of random people to message you without being a friend, following a pornbot attack several years ago. So don’t even bother typing anything besides your name before you send the request. Waste of effort.

    Mine shows public on my end. The three scammers with the fake profile pics sitting unanswered in friends requests are evidence, lol.
