Looking for accountability partners

Hi,

I am a 51 woman wishing to lose 15 -20 pounds. Looking maybe for some ladies who would like to check in daily of meeting our goals or not. If you see this and would like to start something, please add me as a friend. I really don't know how to go about daily accountability on here. Or if you have lots of info and love to share, please add too. Thank you!.

    I’m in the same boat. I turn 50 this year and need to lose about 20lbs.

    I too don’t know how to add friend etc.

    But accountability wise
    I’m trying to have no sugar- no processed foods. Stay around 1200 calories and walk an average of 10,000 steps a day.

    I had shoulder surgery twice this year - so a gym is out. That also means I’ve been pretty sedentary this year and I can see it in the mirror and the scale.
