    Hello lisa. The good news is that eggs aren't the only source of protein. While I do eat eggs for breakfast. My lunch and dinner contain no eggs at all. So unless you have other food allergies it should be fairly easy for you to maintain a high protein, low carb diet. It will just take a little research on your part to find what works for you.
