Protein packed

Hi! I am needing help coming up with protein packed meals, here is the kicker though. I had gastric bypass and now can only eat 4oz per meal. My doctor wants me to back off protein shakes and eat food so I’m getting meals in but not meeting my 60% protein goal.

What sized meals can you tolerate?
My sister had this and she can eat 6 times a day to get her protein levels up.
She eats things like wraps (2 halves one half at a time 2 hours apart) filled with lean chicken, light cheese or cream cheese and a whole egg Mayonnaise. That's 30-30g protein in one wrap.
And she always uses high protein lean animal proteins. Like fish and chicken.
She also used protein powder in cooking. Like a protein pancake bowl, with high protein flour, protein powder and egg etc topped work greek yoghurt again she eats it over 2 sessions 35-40g protein.
I create high protein lowish calorie meals for her and me.

In case you haven't already discovered it, there's a thread here that might help you think of some new options:

It isn't about meals, but it's about calorie-efficient protein sources you can use in meals, maybe including some foods you may not have thought about. It links to a spreadsheet that lists, many, many foods in order by most protein for fewest calories. If there are things near the top of the spreadsheet that you'd enjoy eating, but you need recipes, that's a case where a simple web search can help, searching for something like "low-calorie recipe for X", where X is one of those foods.

If you have room for sides in your meals, you can also use that spreadsheet to find veggies, grains, even fruits that have more protein than some of our more routine side-dish choices.
