Looking to set up a vegetarian meal plan

Are you new to vegetarianism? I've been ovo-lacto vegetarian for 50+ years, slim to overweight to obese and back to slim again. (Can you guess that I don't endorse vegetarianism as a weight loss method? It's a fine way to eat, but a tangent to weight loss.) Back in 20015-16, I used MFP to lose about 50 pounds, which took me from class obese to a healthy weight. I've been maintaining a healthy weight since, same jeans size.
I used this approach:

However, if you're new to vegetarianism, that may not help much, since more of a "remodel your eating" approach, not a structured meal plan.
There are apps that will generate such meal plans, such as this one, where basic features are free and vegetarian plans an option:

I don't work for them, and am not compensated in any way for linking that site. I don't even use it myself, mostly because I'm too much of an impulsive rebel to want someone else to tell me what to eat. I've just played with it a little out of curiosity. I'm sure there are other similar apps, that's just one I know about.
I understand that you're saying you're vegetarian, not vegan, but you might get useful information from this site:
https://veganhealth.org/
I found it helpful. The nutrients vegans need to pay special attention may also be relevant for vegetarians. That includes B12 and some of the minerals. Adequate protein is also vital, and while that can be a little more challenging for vegetarians than omnivores to do on reduced calories, I think the micronutrients are at least as challenging. Of course, strictly speaking it's the calories that will directly determine fat loss/gain, not nutrition. But nutrition is important for health.
In case you're new to vegetarianism, and need help with getting enough protein on reduced calories, I wrote a silly-long response to another post about that here recently. If you need info on that, the post is here:

Beyond those thoughts, I can't give you a meal plan or recipes, because I don't have or use a meal plan, and I've been cooking so long I "just cook", rarely using recipes.
I hope something above maybe helps. If you have specific questions, please ask.
Best wishes for success!
