Weight has been an issue for me since I was young. I am completely healthy except for my weight. (I graduated high school over 200 lbs in the 90s, and my weight has gone up from there.) At my current and heaviest, I have to get this weight off! Need some help, motivation, inspiration, tricks and tips to get me at least to High school weight. As a nearly 46 years old widowed mother of three nearly adults, this is gonna be tough.
