Hello

Hello everyone I'm not new to my fitness pal but I'm new to posting in this community. I'm just counting calories and sinking with map my walk to try and stay healthy. Just wanted to stop in and say hello.

    Hi! When the weather allowed, I loved using map my walk during my walk breaks at work. It's so convenient.

    What's up ladies and gents? I'm new to fitness and using this app. I hope to make some new friends and or gain general knowledge of exercising and staying consistent. For those working night shift, don't eat those vending machine snacks lol

    Walking is awesome. I can't do it anymore but I used to walk 1.4 miles every morning. When I started I thought i would hate it but I always felt invigorated after I was done.
