Newbie to FP

Hello from cold and snowy Nova Scotia Canada! I'm Shelley and I've just started using MFP today. I'm 60, and a regular gym goer but still struggling with my weight. Been plateaud for the last 6 months. It's driving me crazy. I'm at a calorie deficit every single day and my weight still does not budge so here I am hoping that my fitness pal will be able to help.

    Hello Shelley. I'm sure that if you weigh and log your food then you will find the problem. If after adjustments ,nothing changes I would talk to your doctor.

    Hi Shelly, I'm a newbie too, Tasmania, Australia. Just wanting to be accountable for my gain, get control and feel healthier. I've worked a desk job the last few years, finding it harder to lose weight and maintain activity levels. I have a bit of weight to lose, highest I've ever been. I want to lose for myself, health, kids, family activities, cruise in May.....I've been tracking since beginning of January, I've lost 3kg. It's slow, but I'd prefer that. I haven't felt restricted. Based on the suggested calories daily, I sometimes don't reach. I've noticed that when I eat my quota, my projected weight loss is less.....🤔
