I am a 47 year old male from Louisiana. I want to lose around 65lbs to be at my goal weight. I was told by a family member about this app to count my calories to lose weight. I drive a truck for 8 hours a day and not really active but going to start walking after work. Any advice or comments will be greatly appreciated. Have a blessed night.

Hello Michael,
Welcome to mfp. I would recommend you make lunches to take with you so that you don't have to eat out while you are at work. Walking is a great form of exercise. Just build up your time and speed. One step at a time will get you there.
